ABSTRACT

This research aimed to analyze the use of cybermarketing in the political campaign of Andrés Arauz during the 2021 presidential elections, in contrast to that of Lenín Moreno in 2017, to identify the change in strategies in the COVID-19 pandemic. A quantitative and qualitative methodology was proposed with an exploratory approach that allows the objective to be met. For the design, techniques such as interviews with experts in political communication and surveys of young centennials and millennials between 21 and 29 years old in various provinces of Ecuador were used. It is determined that the youth electorate is vulnerable to cybermarketing and neuromarketing, and that only certain ATL media such as radio and television, as well as other traditional activities, continued to be used in the two campaigns. Young people represent a relevant percentage in the electoral register. Cyberpolitics starts from cyberactivism and Ecuador does not have a political culture, but political marketing is advancing with referents such as Jaime Durán Barba, who has starred in some electoral victories. © 2022, Associacao Iberica de Sistemas e Tecnologias de Informacao. ABSTRACT

The research was based on a study of the incorporation and development of the processes in which virtual education indirectly plays a leading role during the COVID-19 pandemic and the consequent confinement of the inhabitants of the planet, in the difficult task of confronting the disease and seeking mechanisms to prevent its spread. The objective was to determine the effects generated in virtual education in the context of the legislation of the Organic Law of Humanitarian Support during the pandemic. Researchers, teachers, students and the administrative team that supports their activities have told the world that training does not stop, that learning is not postponed;therefore, in a titanic effort they have implemented virtual education strategies. Undoubtedly, the Organic Law of Humanitarian Support to combat the health crisis derived from Covid-19, seeks to establish support and mitigation measures necessary to face the consequences of this global phenomenon that affected the economic, political, and social structures of humanity. The fulfillment of these goals is a task of all actors in society, for which the State reserves the right to oblige educational institutions not to suspend in any way the educational service at all levels;and on the other hand, virtual education is a challenge for all of us who make up the educational community, due to certain considerations necessary for its proper implementation.

ABSTRACT

The current moment has been characterized by the pandemic and social distancing that has generated other social conflicts, as well as changes in the behavior of the educational process that has resulted in extra difficulties to achieve the learning objectives efficiently. To face with all these difficulties in order to continue developing a competent and humane professional, this work was carried out whose purpose was to analyze the importance of communicative exchange and affective relationships of students during virtual classes under the conditions of pandemic and social distancing, so that they contribute to increasing the possibilities of teamwork and attention to the real difficulties of the moment for educational work. With a mixed approach and a comparative descriptive design for the investigation of the teaching-learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic in this year 2020, the case study, participatory observation and a survey were used as fundamental methods. The main result is in the evaluation of communication, group work, and affective relationship during the virtual classes of the student. It was concluded that collaborative learning as the main means of communicative and interactive work in the classroom, which facilitates continuity and integrality of learning in virtual classrooms' teamwork, is essential for the use of virtual resources in the EVA and the achievements of learning.

ABSTRACT

The social and educational change caused by the pandemic has made necessary a more detailed study on the importance of the tools available to the teacher and the student for their mental adaptation to isolation, with which they can reflect on the new functions that the teaching-learning process acquires with virtuality and creativity to innovate in the search for solutions. Therefore, the challenge for teachers has been to analyze how far they should create in their virtual activities so that the student can find a meaningful path with autonomy. Therefore, the objective was to describe the educational conditions that need to be addressed from the teaching and pedagogical science to be efficient in the teaching-learning process from virtuality, massified by the Covid-19 pandemic. The study was carried out through empirical methods of qualitative research: scientific observation during the training of teachers in virtual preparation classes and in the process of teaching to assess their creativity, surveys on the course to the voluntary sample, and documentary analysis to assess the principles of the teaching-learning process that should be adjusted to the new study conditions. As main result, a principle based on the current teaching-learning process was described by the researchers.

ABSTRACT

The COVID pandemic has affected all educational levels and therefore the components of the teaching-learning process. One of the categories of this process, evaluation, has had to migrate to online contexts that, although they have offered resistance by teachers and students to change, it has been limited by other factors such as connectivity, lack of knowledge of tools and resources available to carry out evaluations of various types, among others. This research will describe the opinions of the students of the first and second level of UNIANDES of the Law Degree in relation to the evaluation carried out in the subjects of the Research Block. A qualitative approach and the survey technique based on the Likert scale were used to find out criteria about the most outstanding aspects of the evaluation. The results obtained show that the evaluation process during the May-August 2020 semester, despite having an adverse scenario, was satisfactory and can be improved from the wealth of methods and tools that virtual learning environments offer us.

ABSTRACT

Under the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, new didactic circumstances are imposed for the teaching-learning process with the massive use of technologies. The computer and telephones as instruments of connection of the student make that learning can be developed in a collaborative or experiential way, but not with the same intensity and appreciation as in the face-to-face classroom. The objective was to analyze the possibilities of learning with the massive use of technologies and their connection from the communicative and didactic dimension of the teaching-learning process between teachers and students. It is based on a qualitative and quantitative conception with an exploratory-descriptive design and empirical research methods to collect information: scientific observation, documentary analysis with a hermeneutic approach, measurement and the use of a Likert-type scale. As the main result, the students' achievements with the teams application and the Moodle platform in synchronous and asynchronous classes allowed establishing their interaction, strategies and autonomy in learning. As a conclusion, it was possible to specify that team activities favor responsibility, and group interaction with appropriate decision making and individual activities showed that students consider their strategy for their development and autonomy.

ABSTRACT

This article starts from the inquiry that under the current conditions by the Covid-19 allow to carry out research activities so that students can develop their competences in the teaching-learning process by means of technologies. The objective was to analyze the formation of competences under the conditions of pandemic with social distancing, so that it contributes to increase the quality of the preparation with the student's investigative competences that allows the realization of their investigative design and the results of solution to the real difficulties of the moment. Under a mixed approach and a descriptive design, research methods were used to collect the information: virtual observation and the results of the questionnaires in the pedagogical tests used in the platform through the Virtual Learning Environment for its analysis with a Likert-type scale. As a main result, it was found that students, although they prepare from home, linked synchronously with teachers, develop their competences and investigate when they are offered a proposal that covers the curriculum and its possibilities of virtual realization. As a conclusion, it was possible to analyze the formation of competences under the conditions of pandemic with social distancing in a sample of three groups, with which it is observed that it contributes to increase the quality of the preparation from the investigative competences of the student.
